The demo version of IMST-ART offers full access to the calculation of refrigerant properties and theoretical cycle for a reduced, but significant, sample of refrigerants, which makes it of particular interest for simple calculations and very useful for educational purposes.

The demo version of IMST-ART allows to perform parametric studies and hence very easily to analyse the influence on the cycle performance of, among others, different refrigerants, superheat, subcooling, pressure losses at condenser or evaporator…, as well as the basic sizing of the compressor to provide a given refrigeration capacity, and much more.

Additionally, the demo version of IMST-ART allows going through all the menus of the professional version in order to check the way in which input data is managed and the different possibilities of modelling each element. However, the calculation of the real cycle is disabled and the program will always produce the same sample of results. However, the user can check how the obtained results are presented and can be plotted in order to facilitate the analysis of the obtained performance or assess the advantages of possible design modifications.
